About the role

Key Role Responsibilities:

– Primary responsibility will be to drive new business sales. The eCom/retail vertical is the key focus. Experience in travel/ hospitality and finance/banking will also be considered.

– Acquire, negotiate and close new business

– Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline and manage the opportunity sales cycle

To keep pace with the recent growth we are seeking a Junior Account Manager to join a high performing AM team with the aim to create long-term, trusting relationships. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing value across some of our top customers, and therefore you will be integral to growing our business. The main KPIs associated with this role include Revenue Retention and Revenue Growth through relationship building, cross-selling and upselling.

Key Role Responsibilities:

– You are a crucial driver of success for our most ambitious and engaged customers. You will acquire deep product knowledge and apply your customer facing skills to make an impact on product adoption, expansion, and retention for a very valuable customer base.

– Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

Financial Accountant

Location: Dublin (Ireland)

About the role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Accountant to join our Finance Team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a role that provides work that is varied and working with the business as the company scales globally. The successful candidate will be working directly with the CFO and the rest of the finance team on providing information that supports the business and meets regulatory requirements.

 

Key Role Responsibilities:

– Full ownership of month end accounts preparation, including journal preparation and posting, variance analysis review, department reporting etc. 

– Preparation of budgets and ongoing forecasting for the group

– Prepare submission of Sales Tax/VAT/PAYE returns (or similar)

– Assisting with statutory audits and tax returns for various returns

– Managing the billing processing working with the finance team to automate to allow for scaling

As an SDR/BDR, you’ll be first and foremost new business sales orientated and you will have the remit to grow the sales pipeline within all of the businesses focus verticals. In this role you will report directly to the Head of Sales, EMEA.

Technical Solutions Specialist

Location: NYC remote & office-based, or remotely east coast US, or remotely east coast Canada

To keep pace with the recent growth, we are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Specialist to join our high performing team that creates long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our customers. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing value across some of our top customers and work with them proactively throughout the customer lifecycle – from pre-sales technical advice to technical account management.

This role can be office-based in New York City, or remotely anywhere in the east coast US or east coast Canada, with the ability to travel to our NYC office occasionally. 

Key Role Responsibilities:

– Serve as a trusted technical advisor responsible for defining the Xtremepush technology strategy for our largest clients to help them achieve strong technical use of the XP platform

– Provide advice on project setup, data architecture, channel configuration, launch planning as well as ongoing leveraging of the platform throughout the lifecycle

– Help our customers develop their multi-channel strategy and implement the most advanced value driving use cases including dynamic content, personalisation, real time engagement and predictive analytics

– Drive adoption on data, engagement and reporting deployments of Xtremepush’s product and act as the technical counterpoint between Xtremepush and the client’s product and engineering team

– Ensure that our customers’ needs and desired outcomes are understood

– Working closely with our Account Management and Engineering teams to provide ongoing support to customers

Essential Experience & Qualifications

– Experience working in a client facing role

– 3-5 years account management experience in a related area such as Implementation, Technical Support and/or Customer Success for a technical product offering serving Enterprise/Strategic accounts

– You have a technical background and have 3+ years experience with three or more of the following

– Technical Documentation

– APIs

– Martech Tools (for example GTM, ESPs, Multi-channel Marketing Hubs, Ad Platforms )

– BI Tools (Tableau, PowerBI or similar)

– Programming (Python, CSS, HTML, etc.)

– Mobile and Web technologies

– SQL (comfortable building queries)

– At least 2 years experience in a customer facing role with demonstrated examples of significant customer communication and coordination efforts

VP of Sales

Location: New York – remote & office-based (hybrid)

About the role

Are you looking for an opportunity to have a significant impact at a scaling company, while building your career? If so, please read on. The VP of Sales role is a sales role responsible for maximizing Xtremepush revenues, responsible for selling the complete Xtremepush product and services portfolio to existing and new customers. Ensuring the improving sales for new accounts and regions. Maintaining current business with current customers & have Net Revenue responsibilities as well as vendor management. The VP of Sales will also be the face of my client in the US, setting up additional business functions as growth is achieved.

Key Role Responsibilities:

– Quota holding Direct Sales experience with full Software Lifecycle management experience of selling SaaS Solutions.

– A successful background selling SaaS Software – preferably within the E-Commerce or Sports Betting and Gaming Industries

– Understand business opportunities from country-specific insights and develop and implement effective sales strategies.

– Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets

– Sales targets (i.e. achievement, planning, forecasting . Etc.)

– Continually monitor and track accounts sales performance including a healthy pipeline assurance

– Always monitoring his\her account way of selling and  assuring that sales value is maximized through intelligent way of selling whenever required
