November 2020 Product Update:

The platform update for November has been released, giving you the ability to create workflows within the Campaign creation suite, and adding a new Audience Explorer tool.

Maxautomation added to the Create Campaign process

Create multi-stage journeys or workflows that nudge your customers towards goal completion

What’s new? When creating a new campaign you now have the option to choose either a Single Stage Campaign or a Multi-Stage Journey

The Single Stage Campaign is the standard and familiar option, delivering one message to your intended audience.

The Multi-Stage Journey incorporates the functionality and features of our journey-builder tool, Maxautomation, allowing you to create entire workflows within the campaign creation suite.

Important to note: The ability to create multi-stage journeys from within the campaign section also means that they can now be triggered via the Send Now or Scheduled Message option, in addition to the existing event and API-triggered options.

Essentially, this means that the audience who meet the segmentation criteria for the initial campaign are automatically enrolled in that entire workflow.

If you have any further questions about this new functionality, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us via the usual support channels.

Note: To discuss subscription options for the journey builder or to arrange a demo, please get in touch.

Audiences explorer

This release also sees the addition of an Audiences explorer, located within the Data section of each project.

The Audiences page consolidates your Segments, User Lists, and Suppression Lists in a single easily navigated bar allowing for quick, seamless exploration and editing.

Automated Audience export

Once you have your segments created, our final addition to this release allows you to automate the exporting of that audience to either an email address (link to data secured behind platform login) or your secure company SFTP. Now you can make sure you have access to a snapshot of your data (daily, weekly or monthly) in an external location of your choice.

Bug fixes

A number of bug fixes are also included in this release, full details of which can be found here.
